Anita possesses a special interest in working with anyone who is involved in/affected by involvement from crisis response, the legal system, emergency response, law enforcement, and medicine; including facing the depression, trauma, and feelings interactions with these lines of work can cause. Anita utilizes Narrative therapy, Somatic therapy, CBT, Art therapy, and Music Therapy to create a whirlwind approach that leaves the client wondering why they ever wanted to face this road alone in the first place.
Additionally, Anita suffers from a complex medical condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and thus welcomes any clients struggling with accepting and moving forward in their quality of life as a person with disabilities.
