    Leading Light Behavioral Health (LLBH) is a trauma-informed, community-centered behavioral health organization providing outpatient therapy and MBHP community-based services across Massachusetts.

    CLINICAL POSITIONS – OUTPATIENT SERVICES 

    Virtual Outpatient Clinician 

    Location: Fully Remote (Massachusetts residents only) 

    Role Overview
    Virtual Outpatient Clinicians provide psychotherapy services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families. 

    Required Credentials 

    • LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or license-eligible clinicians under supervision 
    • Active Massachusetts license or eligibility required 

    Responsibilities 

    • Conduct assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy 
    • Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation 
    • Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team 
    • Provide ethical, trauma-informed care 

    Preferred Experience 

    • Trauma, anxiety, mood disorders 
    • Telehealth service delivery 

    Hybrid Outpatient Clinician 

    Location: Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) 

    Role Overview
    Hybrid Outpatient Clinicians provide psychotherapy in both clinic-based and telehealth settings. 

    Required Credentials 

    • LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or license-eligible clinicians 
    • Active Massachusetts license or eligibility required 

    Responsibilities 

    • Individual, couple, and/or family therapy 
    • Treatment planning and documentation 
    • Participation in supervision and team consultation 

    COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES POSITIONS (MBHP) 

    Community Support Program (CSP) Clinician 

    Service Areas: CSP, CSP-HI, CSP-JI, CSP-TPP
    Location: Community-Based / Hybrid 

    Role Overview
    CSP clinicians provide community-based behavioral health services to adults with significant mental health needs. 

    Required Credentials 

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 2 years of relevant work experience, or lived experience in the position you are applying to. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Care coordination and skill-building 
    • Community-based service delivery 
    • Collaboration with hospitals, courts, shelters, housing providers 
    • Accurate, timely documentation aligned with MBHP requirements 

    CSP for Homeless Individuals (CSP-HI) Clinician 

    Focus: Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability 

    Preferred Experience 

    • Outreach-based services 
    • Shelter systems or housing navigation 
    • Trauma-informed community work 

    CSP for Justice-Involved Individuals (CSP-JI) Clinician 

    Focus: Individuals involved with probation, parole, re-entry, or court systems 

    Preferred Experience 

    • Justice-involved populations 
    • Re-entry or forensic mental health settings 

    CSP – Tenancy Preservation Program (CSP-TPP) Clinician 

    Focus: Individuals at risk of eviction related to behavioral health needs 

    Preferred Experience 

    • Housing court collaboration 
    • Tenancy preservation or housing stability work 

    DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY (DBT) 

    DBT Group Facilitator & Clinician 

    Location: Hybrid / In-Person 

    Role Overview
    DBT Clinicians provide structured, skills-based DBT treatment aligned with the model developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. 

    Required Credentials 

    • Master’s level, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT 
    • DBT training or experience strongly preferred 

    Responsibilities 

    • Facilitate DBT skills training groups 
    • Provide individual DBT-informed therapy 
    • Participate in consultation and fidelity-support practices 
    • Maintain adherence to DBT structure and expectations 

    Important Note
    This role requires comfort with structure and accountability. DBT is not unstructured talk therapy. 

    ADVANCED PRACTICE & LEADERSHIP ROLES 

    Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner 

    Credentials Required 

    • PMHNP-BC 
    • Active Massachusetts APRN license 

    Responsibilities 

    • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management 
    • Collaboration with therapy and community-based teams 
    • Documentation and compliance with payer requirements 

    Outpatient Clinical Supervisor 

    Credentials Required 

    • LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT 
    • Supervisor eligibility in Massachusetts 

    Responsibilities 

    • Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians 
    • Support ethical practice and documentation standards 
    • Participate in teaching-practice development 

    CBHI Supervisor 

    Credentials Required 

    • Independent clinical license for 3 years (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) 
    • Experience with MBHP/CBHI services strongly preferred 

    Responsibilities 

    • Supervision of CSP clinicians 
    • Oversight of documentation, medical necessity, and compliance 
    • Support fidelity to community-based service models 

    ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONS ROLES 

    Intake Coordinator 

    Role Overview
    The Intake Coordinator manages referrals, eligibility screening, and initial client engagement. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Intake screening and coordination 
    • Insurance verification 
    • Scheduling and communication with clients and referral partners 

    Office Manager 

    Role Overview
    The Office Manager oversees administrative operations, workflow coordination, and office systems. 

    Responsibilities 

    • Staff coordination 
    • Operational oversight 
    • Support leadership with administrative processes 

    STUDENT PLACEMENT & TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES 

    Student Placement (Graduate-Level Internships) 

    Leading Light Behavioral Health is a teaching practice offering clinical internships for graduate-level students in:
