CSP for Justice-Involved Individuals (CSP-JI)
The Community Support Program for Justice-Involved Individuals (CSP-JI) provides community-based behavioral health support for adults impacted by the criminal justice system, including individuals involved with probation, parole, re-entry, or court-related services.
Services focus on stabilization, coordination, and skill-building to support behavioral health recovery and successful community reintegration.
Who This Service Is Appropriate For
- Adults involved with probation, parole, re-entry, or court systems
- Individuals with significant behavioral health needs
- Individuals requiring coordination with justice and treatment partners
- MBHP members who meet eligibility and medical necessity criteria
Who This Service May Not Be Appropriate For
- Individuals without behavioral health treatment needs
- Individuals seeking legal advocacy or representation only
- Individuals not eligible for MBHP services

Referral and Eligibility Notes
CSP-JI services are available to eligible MBHP members with justice system involvement. Referrals may be made by individuals, courts, probation/parole officers, hospitals, and community agencies. Service placement is determined through clinical review.
