  • CSP – Tenancy Preservation Program (CSP-TPP)

    The Community Support Program – Tenancy Preservation Program (CSP-TPP) provides community-based behavioral health support for individuals at risk of eviction due to mental health challenges or related functional impairments. 

    Services emphasize collaboration with housing courts, landlords, legal advocates, and community partners to support housing stability and prevent homelessness. 

    Who This Service Is Appropriate For 

    • Adults at risk of eviction related to behavioral health challenges 
    • Individuals with documented mental health needs affecting tenancy 
    • Individuals requiring coordination with housing and legal partners 
    • MBHP members who meet CSP-TPP eligibility and medical necessity criteria 

    Who This Service May Not Be Appropriate For 

    • Individuals seeking legal or financial assistance only 
    • Individuals without behavioral health-related housing risk 
    • Individuals not eligible for MBHP services

    Referral and Eligibility Notes 

    CSP-TPP services are available to eligible MBHP members at risk of eviction due to behavioral health needs. Referrals may be made by individuals, housing courts, legal advocates, and community agencies. Services are authorized through clinical review.
