    Sara

    Sara (she/her) is a clinical intern pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Addiction Counseling at Fisher College. She brings a diverse background in early childhood education, advocacy, and community-based support, which informs her compassionate and holistic approach to care. Sara is passionate about helping individuals develop healthy, sustainable coping skills they can rely on long-term.

    Sara is Cape Verdean, bilingual, and identifies as spiritual. She values cultural humility and inclusion, and she creates a safe, supportive space for adults to explore concerns such as addiction, behavioral challenges, religious trauma, and other life stressors. Sara also warmly welcomes veterans and individuals seeking a nonjudgmental environment to foster growth, healing, and self-awareness.
