    Sean

    Sean is a Clinical Intern and U.S. military veteran currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Fisher College. He works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing support for emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Sean’s background in the military and his experience as a performance and adaptive fitness coach inform his empathetic, disciplined, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. Sean creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. He integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build resilience. His clinical interests include emotional distress, performance-related stress, trauma, life transitions, and everyday challenges. With extensive experience leading teams, coordinating training programs, and supporting individuals in high-pressure environments, Sean brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to his clinical work. He is dedicated to ethical, evidence-informed practice and collaborates with clients to promote growth, self-awareness, and well-being. Outside of his professional work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, and Strength training.
